Wannabe entrepreneurs are always being told the same thing…
“You need to find a problem and solve it.”
But Tom Sosnoff, Co-CEO and Founder of tastytrade, has a bit of counter0intuitive advice… following your passion is more important than solving a problem.
“You don't get to eat if you don't kill something to eat it, essentially […] so I don't think most entrepreneurs need much motivation if they're doing something where their know-how is strong and their passion is strong.”
If you've been struggling to find a problem you think is worthy of being solved, hopefully Sosnoff's words give you some encouragement!
But I don't want to take sides in this debate, so I'm also going to include a video that takes the side of the more conventional thought process.
